Real long shot,but passing it on.
Local paper,Naples news-press,has an ad that caught my eye.
3,55 gallon drums of clean vegetable oil,filter system,pump.Free,you haul.
Just in case.

I would be careful of running bio-diesel in a modern computer controlled vehicle, such as my wife's 2007 Chevy Silverado.
I am not a diesel mechanic, but knowing general automotive knowledge I would be leery of messing up crucial sensors.

Never made it. Heard about how once
Kinda like moon shine, I haven't got around to trying to make it..
