Dean is having a class in North Tampa on the 17th. I would love to go, but, my hip is getting worse. How much of a walk is it usually??

Tons if it is like the one down here. I have walked with him a few times, and he really gives value for the money.
Sorry. Of course........... you can bail out at any point in the hike. He usually starts off with a table of examples he picks before class. He discusses them as a "warmup", then goes walking. Down here, the walking part goes several hours.
