I watched it today (Sunday). Episode one is being repeated throughout the week.

You guys are all braver than me I guess. Sleeping with the bears and cougars and such is just not my idea of fun. Take away the predators and I'd go. I would have to build some small log cabin to feel safe sleeping.
On the up side, at least I would not be sweating to death like I do here in FLA.
I took the personality quiz on the web site, and my result was "Chris" is who I am most like from the show. Must be a Florida thing.

Capt, Maybe they will do an over-the-hill edition. We would fit that scenario.
I keep telling everyone the last thing on my bucket list is wrestle a bear. Guess why it's last?? Who wants to go laying in some hospital bed with tubes in every orifice?? Sorry for that picture. The hosp, not the bear.

I'm with ya Mr. Kodiak. It's not that us old folks are fearless, we have the experience to evaluate the options.
My hat is off to the brave young men who are still out there doing adventures. Wish I could run and play with them!

Mr. RR, I'm ripping to go! I'm hitting the gym and working on range of motion. I might not ever be 100% but by the end of summer, I'll be ready to tackle some adventure!
That Peace River kayak trip was GREAT.

Well, That was a downer. Let me say, I would probably do the same thing. Chris tapped out. 3 wolves 20 yds from his camp. No weapons. Must have been a scarry night.
Whats the saying, Nice place to visit, but, I wouldn't want to camp there, ALONE.....

Yes, I saw some really ugly posts to one webpage, but I sort of defended him. I said that he would catch grief from the metrosexuals that have never spent time in the woods alone.
It is one thing to talk about it, but a whole different issue to be out there.
I go kayaking alone and camp along the river. It is unsettling to be in camp and hear an alligator hiss within feet of you in the dark. And I carry weapons.......... (this was one of the best reasons for getting a hammock tent....... alligators don't climb trees ;)

Ok guys, I think tonight is the last episode of S2, just 4 contestants
Jose, with mad skills, Nicole, who got the best draw of places, David, Mr unlucky and Larry who may be losing it.
Its been good so far. They are approaching 2 months, I think Alan won at day 53.

I thought so too. She seemed pretty low key, did not do a lot of "talking" and they never really seemed to focus on her.
