List may coincide with no guns soon...

No fly list is unconstitutional, and without Due Process. Hard to get off the list, and some dont know there on it.
I heard on the radio, it may include veterans, people who visit psychiatrist, depressed people, some who visit these type of sites. SO Frankly Anyone.
I may go to buy a 22 and be told I cant and they dont know why. Then get a Knock later saying I have a Warrant to confiscate the firearms here.

The "no fly list" is criminal.
Its is merely the forerunner of the Terror Watch List" the "Undesireables List" etc.

I'm all for not allowing terrorist suspects to purchase guns. However, as others have pointed out, the no fly list is a poor way of doing it. If there is due process, and an open process fine. The way it stands now, it's too arbitrary.

They can't keep the list current. You may end up on it just for pissing off someone.
Yes, They will use ANY excuse to take guns.
There is only one way to take mine. (IF I still had one)

Considering the fact that the FBI et al offically considers people on these sites, former military, folks that pay in cash etc, possible terrorists/anti-government thats not a stretch at all.

The very idea that some government stooge hidden in an office somewhere can secretly put anyone on a "terrorist watch list" and use that to deny basic rights is not only un-American and an affront to liberty, but a direct violation of Amendment V of the US Constitution.
This crap has got to stop.

Yes it does. If the Government can't take care of our Veterans, can't keep track of whom is illegally in the Country, etc, I do not want them in charge of such a list.

How does our government get guns to Mafioso in fast an furious.
Drop off arms to "rebel" factions all without a background check bought with our tax dollars.
If the .gov think they can put us on no fly list, maybe they should be on it and give every veteran a Few free weapons..
